The Idaho Woodcarvers Guild, Inc. is a nonprofit organization established in 1980 under the laws of the State of Idaho. The Guild exists to encourage and promote the art of woodcarving, as well as related skills in pyrography (wood burning) and other forms of artistry in wood.

Open carving takes place on the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th (if there is a 5th Thursday) Thursdays from 6-8 pm at Woodcraft, at 7005 W. Overland Road, in Boise, Idaho.
Club business meetings take place on the 2nd Thursday of the month (6-9 pm). All are welcome to attend.
We also meet at the Meridian Senior Center at Kleiner Park on Tuesdays from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
